A quite comfortable way to end my trip. Beautiful brand-new hotel with particularly nice views of the surrounding mountains. Stunning morning meal in the restaurant.

Our stay at this newly built hotel was absolutely mind-blowing! The hospitality and friendliness of the staff, especially Mr. Shan and his cousin, were absolutely jaw-dropping. Shan was a pure entertainer and my kids still miss his tuk tuk. The accommodation was spacious and clean, and the complementary tea and biscuits on arrival were super. The Sri Lankan breakfast was a lavish and delicious treat. The location of the hotel was excellent, with stunning views of the mountains. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and even took us to the city center on their tuk tuk for a nominal price. We loved every moment of our stay!

I was offered a room with nice views of the mountain. Location: the hotel was just off all the attractions in Ella as well as the train station with a tuktuk. I often went to Cafe sameera to pick up some food.
Nothing bad to say.

This place is in a remote location; I had a wonderful time here with the friendly and kind staff and enjoyed a room with stunning mountain views.

The room at Ella Red Rock was absolutely amazing! The plush king-size bed made me feel like I was sleeping on a cloud, and the hot and cold running water in the bathroom was just perfect. I loved the 32 inch TV, it was great for watching my favorite shows after a long day of biking.
Although the room was fantastic overall, I personally wasn't a fan of the tile/marble floor. But hey, that's just my personal preference and others may still enjoy it.

We had a great weekend stay at a hotel overlooking the beautiful scenery. the rooms were spacious and comfy, offering great relaxation after a day of sightseeing. the food was amazing, with the best Sri Lankan curry we had the whole trip. the friendly staff were very helpful, arranging taxis and trips to different attractions, which was much appreciated.
The location might be challenging, as it requires navigating steep steps, and there is a smelly rubbish pile on the way to the hotel. the water pressure was low in the shower, which made it difficult to wash under.

During our romantic getaway, we were pleased with the spacious and clean room that had a comfortable bed and provided ample amounts of hot water. The view from our balcony was breathtaking, and we enjoyed waking up to the stunning scenery. the breakfast provided was delicious and had a great variety of options to choose from, which was perfect for a quick morning meal. the hotel was conveniently located near the town center, making it easy for us to explore the area.
One of the worst aspects of our stay was the road leading up to the hotel, which was in poor condition and stressful to navigate. the hotel was quite far away from the city, and finding food for dinner was difficult, as they did not serve evening meals.

The hotel is located in a serene neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the city, making it ideal for people looking for peace and quiet. Guests get to enjoy a beautiful view of nature while relaxing in their room or during breakfast on the terrace. the staff is friendly and helpful, serving tasty welcome drinks on arrival. the rooms are neat and modern with good water pressure in the shower.
The hotel is not easily accessible as it is uphill and requires a lot of physical effort to get to.
